Meg and Patrick |Engagement Photos in the Arizona Rain

Meg and Patrick are both Engineers – They met while working together. Apparently Patrick was assigned to instruct Meg on a certain aspect, but she quickly informed him she was correct. After that, he invited her to a friends party and they’ve been together ever since. He proposed in St. Martin while they were cruising.

Meg’s favorite thing about Patrick is his patience. Patrick loves her wit. They are planning a destination wedding – funny story: earlier in their relationship, he took her on vacation to a “super romantic” location and the whole time she thought he would propose…but no, he just wanted to be on vacation with her. So now they are getting married in “their super romantic” spot…think vineyards, lush green, west coast fabulousness.

The day we did their engagement images – it was raining. Now don’t get me wrong, it rains about 20 days a year here in Phoenix. But of course, it had to be crazy weather. We totally owned it – picked a great time during a bit of a dry spell and ended the session off with dancing in the rain. Totally wonderful!
