It’s summertime in Arizona! But it wasn’t hot because of the season…it was HOT because of all the romance and love! We LOVED our engagement session with Vanessa and Mike. We had a great time in Downtown Gilbert and Freestone Park. They won the KISS FM Bridal Bracket giveaway – We’re super excited to be part of their wedding day. April 2013 just can’t come soon enough!
Which image is your favorite? Comment below to let us know.    Romance was in the air on June 9, 2012 Tiffany and Joel’s wedding day started off beautifully. Their venue, The Windmill Winery located in Florance AZ, is a little piece of heaven. Pure magic and romance. My first wedding here and I can’t wait to go back. I felt so inspired and creative the entire day…I am sad to say, I didn’t have time to try out all the ideas flowing through my mind. There are just too many fabulous photo spots. My favorite part of the whole entire day – The love. Tiffany and Joel are so madly in love. It warms my heart to see their laughs, smiles and the way they look into each other’s eyes. Their wedding re-solidified the reason I LOVE what I do. I LOVE capturing these memories. It’s the best career in the world! Tiffany’s gown from David’s Bridal fit her perfectly. She was radiant! Her hair was done by Bill at Cherry the Salon, Makeup by her bridesmaid – Kirsten Jensen (Kirsten has fabulous How-To make-up YouTube videos). Flowers byĀ Garden Gate Flowers (Annie KcKay), Catering – Gold Star (Chef Le). Cake and deserts by Sweet Confections (Barb Jennings), Grooms Clothing – Men’s Warehouse and last but surely not least, DJ Ramma Jamma (Ramzy Saba). And – special Thank you to Kristi and Brian for 2nd shooting for me. š

We love Sedona. But we love Kara and Chris more… We had such a great time during our engagement session. They are so romantic and cute together. I’m really looking to September 22nd – we’re going to have an amazing time in Flagstaff for their wedding. Here are a few of our favorite images from their engagement session.
Iāve seen several lists that include The Best Phoenix Wedding Locations. I wanted to put one together myself. I love being a photographer in Phoenix ā so this list is based on what I love see at a venue. Ā And although I canāt list ALL of my favorite wedding venues (I have a huge list of favorites)Ā These areĀ some of my favorite places to “work”. So this list isnāt really organized based on any real criteria. Itās what I likeā¦.these Best Phoenix Wedding Locations range in budget, style, and overall experience. They are each unique in their own special way. If you get a chance to visit, please say āHiā for meā¦part of making it on this list is the wonderful catering director and staff. My disclaimer ā this list of best phoenix wedding locations, they are all located in the āGreater Phoenix Areaāā¦which really means I didnāt want to leave them out just because they didnāt have a Phoenix Zip Code (but they are still amazing venues)
Maricopa Manor ā This is one of those hidden treasures. Youād never know it was a fabulous wedding venue unless a friend told you about it. Located at just off of Camelback and Central – 15 West Pasadena Avenue Phoenix, AZ 85013. Maricopa Manor is a lovely little B&B that boasts a wonderful garden for an outside reception and ceremony. Unique, romantic and lovely are only a few words that describe this little piece of paradise. Call Joan for a tour ā she is so kind and lovely to work with (602) 274-6302. Our list of Best Phoenix Wedding Locations would not be complete withoutā¦ Boojum Tree ā The first time I went there, I was almost certain I was lost. Although my GPS said I was on the right track ā it wasnāt until I came to a dead-end and realized I was in a true paradise. Boojum Tree is another Hidden Wonder in Phoenix. Off the 51 and south of Bellā¦their tag name āBoojum tree hidden gardenā is exactly that. Green and Lush ā it is an oasis in the desert. A must see for any bride getting married in Phoenix. (602) 867-8975 Sassi ā Pure Elegance. This Ā North Scottsdale venue is beautiful, elegant and timeless. With so many lovely photo spots ā itās hard for me to not want to try them all. Indoors and outdoors ā this venue offers options, unique style, and classic beauty. One of our favorite venues because the photos always turn out amazing! 480-502-3335 JW Marriot ā Located in North Phoenix. This venue has everything. (it really does) So many options for amazing photos, perfect ceremony and reception locations, professional and amazing staff. I really love their ceremony site ā with the beautiful water nearly all the way around. Call today (480) 293-5000 Starfire Country Club ā Truly fabulous. This venue boasts amazing views, lush green landscape, and an overall wonderful experience. From the very first appointment to the end of the reception. Starfire is all about taking care of my clients. They do an amazing job and I absolutely love the images we are able to create there. (480) 948-6000 The Arizona Grand ā The options are endless with such a great Resort. Whatever youāve imagined for your wedding day, they can do it at the Arizona Grand. From small and intimage to huge and incredible. I canāt even being to describe the wonderful locations for photosā¦itās nearly endless all the wonderful photos spots. Iām in heaven each time I get to work at the Arizona Grand. Call for a tourā¦and expect wonderful things (602) 431-6480 Rustlerās Roost ā This unique wedding venue is a surprise to most brides. Itās wonderful rustic theme and fabulous views of the city offer so much to bridal couples. This venue can host weddings as small as 30 up to 550 guests. Overall an amazing experience when we are there. 602-431-6474 Villa Siena ā Located in Gilbert ā Villa Siena is a secret bit of Tuscany that you wouldnāt expect. Every detail of this venue has been created for a photographer (at least I think they did it all for me) It is beautiful, elegant, classicā¦a wonderful and lovely venue. The Foothills Golf Resort ā When I think of The Foothills, I can see sunsets, mountains and amazingness. We love each chance we get to work there. The Boulders Resort ā Fabulous in every way. The Boulders is one of The Best Phoenix Wedding Locations. Not a detail is overlooked, everything is always perfect ā they work hard to make sure your wedding day is as amazing as the 360 degree view. Sometimes you meet someone – and you realize you’re personalities are so similar. It’s like one of those kindred spirits in life. I felt that way when I met Star. She is such an amazing person. I was thrilled to be working with her. When we had their engagement session, it was so fun – I realized that Scott is just as amazing as his fiance! I almost couldn’t wait for the wedding day. Well, the wait is OVER! Star and Scott met at a work event. They didn’t start dating right away – but he knew he wanted to get to know her better. Star wanted her grand-babies to walk her down the isle…it was so sweet! Those boys are too cute. Here are the fabulous wedding images. Star and Scott – Their SassiĀ Scottsdale Wedding was incredible.
