Okay…so rarely do I ever get photos of myself (duh…I’m hardly ever in FRONT of a camera). But Chris took this during a recent engagement shoot. If anyone out there is wondering what I look like while taking photos…here you go! I’m sure everyone out there is so concerned about what I look like…haaa haaa haa.

I do have to say that I like the way I look with a camera in my face…But then again – I am a photographer 🙂

So my question today: What type of photos do you love the most? Posed or natural….”action” pictures or “Smiles”. I know it’s hard to choose…

This is one of those books that I absolutely LOVE! The kind of book that even though the story is over…I wish I could keep reading to know what else happens in the character’s lives.
The Help byKathryn Stockett

This is very well written and engaging. I stayed up way too late and then would wake up to try and get a few more pages in…I highly recommend this to anyone needing a good story to think about.

The next book I’m reading Akasha by Heather Tregaskes…I’m on chapter 4 – I’ll let you know how it goes, but it’s looking to be another winner!

Over Spring Break – Chris and I went out to Coon’s Bluff (out near the Salt River) and went repelling. It was way too much fun! I took this photo about 9:30am…these trees at the bottom of the cliff are amazing. I’ve always wanted to do a wedding photo session out there…

So I liked this photo both Color and Black & White…It was a tough call. I finally decided to go with Color.

What do you think? Can you imagine yourself in this picture?

It was raining yesterday. (okay…the technical term is drizzling a lot…but it was cold and wet)

I just couldn’t cancel our engagement session with Kimber & Chris…she is heading back to New Mexico and this was the only chance to have them together to take photos….So instead of canceling…We decided to just bring our umbrella’s! Too much fun!!

Kimber and Chris are SO adorable! They make such a great couple and look fabulous in front of my Camera.

I also brought my “way too cute” assistant with me…he got an opportunity to practice being my 2nd shooter. He is really getting good at this!

Thursday evening was tons of fun! We went to the park with Payton for her 1-year old photos. She is so cute, smiley, and love-able.
